Products
All products sold on Mrch.pk are 100% genuine and sourced from official and authorized vendors such as LEGO.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfers. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment-related issues.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and courier service. Mrch.pk is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect details.

Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is received damaged. Any damage must be reported immediately with proof.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible by contacting us via our official Instagram page (@mrch.pk).

User Accounts
To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse or fraudulent behavior.

Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates may change and full payment is required at the time of order. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available unless stated otherwise. Pre-orders are non-refundable unless canceled by Mrch.pk.
